Sales and Workshop Policies
Payment Methods
When items are available for sale, you may make your purchase with our shopping cart, which accepts PayPal payments. You may also use a credit card with this system even if you do not have a PayPal account. If you’d like to spread out payments, consider PayPal’s “PayPal Credit” service.
Personal checks, Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks will be accepted for non-shopping cart sales. Checks should be made out to Laf’n Bear LLC (my registered business name), and must clear your bank before a piece is shipped.
Please mail your check or money order to:
Laf’n Bear LLC, 2005 S. Columbus St., Boise, ID 83705-3511
I reserve the right to sell the piece to another person privately or offer it in public sale if at least an initial payment is not received within five (5) business days of the sale, unless otherwise specified.
Cast-to-Order Resins
When a resin from the current catalogue is not in stock, you may have one cast especially for you - i.e. cast to your order. A non-refundable deposit is required, as well as a bit of patience; cast-to-order resins are added to our normal workflow and may take up to two weeks (sometimes longer, but sometimes more quickly!). You will receive an email with the estimated date that your resin will be ready to ship. Any outstanding balance on your order will be invoiced at that time. An order will be shipped when it is 100% paid in full. For more information, please read the Cast-to-Order FAQs
